First time on Paint Talk.

Do a lot of new home construction in my area. Its slowing down a lot.
Looking to do some exterior painting.On a concrete block building, going to put a coat of block filer and two coats of exterior finish just trying to get a sq. ft. price on this (ball park) 4400sq.ft.
