Greetings from the West Coast, USA

Hi, there.
I am WestCoast99.
I've referred to this forum for a few years now and thought it time to create an account and participate. My background: primarily apartments and condos as well as interior home and small commercial repaints (mostly in the rental industry). I've been painting exclusively for 5 years now. Before that I was doing about 50% painting and 50% property maintenance. I know the story, apartment painting, blow 'n' go, har har har, I've heard all the jokes. Truth is I do a good job given the circumstances. The only difficulty is that rental work doesn't afford many new learning experiences. It's the same drill over and over again. That's why I'm here, to improve my knowledge of the industry and make myself a better painter. Thanks.
