Hi,
I am new to this site. I am the owner of an Estimating Service specializing in Commercial and Industrial Painting. I have been in this business for 12 years and have worked as an Estimator for a Commercial/Industrial Painter for the 10 years prior to that. Kennedy Estimating Inc. has completed take-offs and or pricing for projects ranging from $1,000 to $5,000,000. We are not limited to Painting, although that is what I specialize in. We are set up to customize our take-offfs and pricing to each individual clients' needs and their specific labor and material costs. We are located in the Pittsburgh area however are set up to do all remote work necessary via online take-off programs. I currently use Planswift for the take-off's and Excel for the worksheets.
