Hello from Minnesota

Hello,

I am not really a painter yet but will be starting as a helper and working up. The business is my fathers. He has been in business for over 16 years but the business side is a mess. He does top quality work on his jobs which is the reason it is still going. I have been lurking here, contractortalk, and other forums reading and learning for the past month or so. I guess it is my job to bring my dad upto date. So far I have made a website in the past month and now it is time to work on his overhead, production rates, etc which will take a bit of time.

Thanks for all the help from the old information and the new that I will be reading :thumbup:
