I'm a freelance artist living in Lewistown, Montana. In addition to my studio work, I also paint large murals by commission. Living where I do, this means plenty of travel (farthest away mural job was in New Brunswick, Canada.) Largest mural was an outdoor theater set with plenty of faux surfaces. Given the choice, I prefer oil paints to water-base paints. But more and more clients want water-base paints, even on exterior work. While looking for information about paint manufacturers quality of product, I found painttalk.com and decided to sign on as a member.
