Hiya all, I am Joey and I lead a crew for exterior painting in middle TN. I am very new to New construction and Commercial painting. I am hoping to get some tips and suggestions on making the jobs go smooth. I am generally use to working with a few guys mostly friends and associates, So this is a new thing to me in ways. Any suggestions help or pointing towards info that will help me transfer over from mostly repaints and strictly residental 1-2 man jobs to 4 story 60 plus window site would be greatly appreciated.
