I have a Sherwin Williams Super Nova / Graco 231-002 (495)
from (yes I know) 1990. I am trying to find the connecting rod assembly part number 215-904 but Graco no longer makes them (for obvious reasons)
but a used one would work great! I don't paint any more but I have lots of neighbors and friends that want to borrow it . Does anyone have any ideas (besides buying a new airless which I would love to do but cant)
Any help would be great. Thanks!

I have an old Graco 390 and an Ultra 500 both currently not working, I know they use the same packing kit, and I am pretty sure the connecting rod in one of them would probably fit. I might be able to break them down this weekend if it would help.

Call Graco for the # for a local rep in the professional/paint side of their biz. Their customer service center will at least get you that info. He in turn can get you to a local repair center. Also, look up "after market parts Graco" online. I bet you will find it. Good luck.

i buy stuff from www.spraymall.com and they are pretty good at finding things. I have also had luck finding parts from contacting the ppl at prosourcecontractorsupply on ebay. Send them an email. Of course first i would see if one of the other 2 guys that said they might have what you need can come through.

Again, call a Graco rep and if no luck there, try Bedford. They are an after market outfit that will surely have it. It took me this long to think of their name. Good luck.
