anybody eadvrtise with these guys, seems like a great way to get to the new homeowner, and prices seems very reasonable. Any body tried them, how did it work??

Looks like a regional publication - never heard of it. That said, I don't know if new homeowners would be a great demographic to target. How much cash are they going to want to give up now that they have just increased their monthy payments, assuming they are moving up.
