scrub with sodium or potassium hydroxide first then follow with oxalic acid, dry minimum 48 hours and follow up with a light sand 80 grit.
dont have to use the BM stuff but this is basically the process other than I would prefer to apply with a pump sprayer rather than work from a bucket
