Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had a good document for signing off a job. We have used one for a while but its very basic. It has.....
  • Client Details
  • Address
  • Start date
  • Completion date
  • Supervisor sign off
  • customer sign off
  • notes area
  • Warranty on material / labour
Are we missing anything obvious?? I"d appreciate any feedback.....

unless the job is very large, over a long period of time, I collect at the end of the job. Either way I tell the customer either before a payment is due or I am going to be completing the job in the next two days. Look over every thing and make a knock out list if you see any problems. Again when they pay they are happy. Never have had a problem with collecting. never have had any real problem with any knockout list either.
