I believe it's like a franchise they want you to buy into where they get the job tell you how much it is then you decide if you want it or not then you get paid through them rather than the G C so you don't wait on your money. I asked the guy if I could talk to someone who is allready in it and he said that wouldn't be possible until we were further in.
