Life expectancy of airless sprayer hoses

Too may variables IMO to have a general life expectancy. If it's your one and only rig, it'd probably be easier to calculate I guess, but even that would depend upon how often you run it, typical pressures you're subjecting it to, environmental impact from asphalt roofs, construction sites, which type/s of products & solvents you're working with, etc.

I only stop using them when the ends become so rusted or deformed that they won't make a proper seal, or on the rare occasion one gets nicked a bit too deep for my liking. I've got roughly 15 airless rigs with some hoses at least 20 years old. Thousands of feet of airless hose in the shop. That said, I never try to repair hoses, be it for painting or pressure washing.
