Hi,

It is typical here in Spain to have external metal window bars (known as Rekas) fitted to the ground floor of most houses. Thes are conventionally painted by brush or roller in situ as they are usually concreted in place.

I have been offered a mobile electrostatic system which in theory should work well, reduce masking requirements, produce a better finish and be much quicker. Can anyone offer some advice?

I would be talking to your paint sales rep. For product that will work for you. Just change out one thinner, can make it work or not work as far as the wraping. You will most likely want a bell type electrostatic system. It has been a long time since, I really played with the newest tect. There is a fairly big learning curve.
