Minor wall repair turns to major project with freezing temps-Upon inspecting damged wall, we discovered that HO's downspout (schedule 40, interior system running behind stucco) cracked sending melting ice into the home. It's kinda funny when someone wants a price over the phone for a 'small wall repair":no:
