I just replaced the top buckle straps on my durastilts....I also was wondering about hopping up on the stilts with those bindings(that is how I mount them)??? Ingenious idea though
Yeah but those ones weren't called monster boots. They aren't sold for Halloween frankenstein costumes.I used stilts for a while. They can be faster, but I found that I was much more tired at the end of the day, and the risk of injury made me stop using them, although I still have them.
Did you actually purchase 7" iridescent monster shoes?
What always gets me about stilts, is once you start falling its hard to correct... All it takes is something to snag the bottom of your stilt, and shift the center of gravity, and it's game over (paint everywhere). You know it's going to hurt, and there's a good chance of breaking a wrist.I've been using slits since I bought my new house in Houston. It's easy to be intimidated by drywall stilts if you've never used them before. They appear sophisticated and contain moving elements, not to mention that working at heights might be frightening for some people.
