Ok, you have all been asking for a dealer locator, we now have one. www.mythicpaint.com
If there is not a dealer close enough to you and you are still looking for samples, here is what we are going to do for contractors only through PT.

1. Ask your local dealer next time you are in if they would welcome a visit from Mythic.
2. Send me an email [email protected] with your name, your company name, email and sample request (1 gallon you pick color, sheen) and the name, address, contact and phone number of the store you contacted.
3. We will ship samples for them and your sample to them so you may pick it up there.
4. If the store is not interested in hearing our story, we will not ship the samples to them, and I will let you know.

Here is the logic, You want to try our paint. If you like it, I want you to be able to buy it close to you.

If a dealer signs up to sell Mythic paint, I’ll send you one 5 gallon bucket of any of our products to get your next job started.
I probably already owe some of you, so just shoot me an email.

Hey Keir,

I am glad you set up the dealer locater on your site. As I figured there is no dealer near me. All ready knew that. I find it interesting tho that for me to try your product I "the painter" has to make a sales pitch to my dealers? Isn't that the job of you marketing dept? Why should I as a contractor be the one trying to sell my dealer on bringing in a whole new line of paint? Don't we as contractors all ready have enough to do? let alone selling paint now.

Just my 2 cents!

The two dealers I use one is a C2 dealer and has told me that he will not bring in a another paint as he is pushing the LoVoc line from C2. The other dealer of mine is a small hardware store who has just brought in BM and has P&L and can not afford to bring in a third line especially something consumers here have not heard of.

I would set up a store if you guys want to work out a deal with me? I figure I would get into the retail end of paint some day!

Not trying to create workload for you!
I get hundreds of requests for samples every month, When I send out the samples to someone who cannot buy it locally, they say, wow great, let me know when you have someone in the area. My thought was that if you are already in the paintstore you would simply say "I know of this paint co Mythic, sounds Interesting, would you want me to have them send some samples and potentially contact you?"
If yes, send me the info.

And by no means am I trying to obligate anyone to make a sales pitch. I am trying to make it easier for those of you who want it, to get it. Matter of fact, please don't make a sales pitch, we will do it when you send us the info.

We are by no means leaving our growth to you the contractor, we are the fastest growing Paint manufacturer in the world right now. There are some of you that want "Your Dealer" to have it faster than is scheduled. So I thought if there was a dealer that you wanted we would work with them quicker to get it done.

If this process offends anyone, my appologies, I am trying to make it easier for you not burden you.

Its coming, We have a tremendous amount of orders in process, as those are added it will get easier, so on and so on....

For me it's an hour drive to the ferry

I'm near a small airport with shuttles...but whoo are they pricey
It'd have to be what most would consider "crazy money" to make it worth it
Of course, then the commute would just make it "big money"

We sell into indipendent paint stores mostly. They have no obligation, so there is nothing for them to risk.

Hey Keir, I talked to my BM store today and they would probably talk to you and check out some samples. They said that corporate BM is testing Mythic right now. They had a sample of YoLo they just got so they would probably talk to you. I shot you an email but I haven't heard back.
