First of all, let me tell you all how happy I am to be a part of this forum. I have read some of the helpful feedback. Let me see what the seasoned professional would say about my issue? I have an opportunity to contract the painting for 200 new homes. I don't want to lose the job by overbidding, nor do I want to cheat myself by underbidding the job. Do anyone have an idea of what is a fair price to charge on my overhead and profit. Thank you for reading my post.
