Rule 2a. below is taken directly from the forum posting rules.
Don’t like a mod’s decision? Report it or send a PM expressing your concern. Taking it public will not achieve your desired result and may end up earning yourself a vacation.
“2a. Users shall not question or debate a moderator decision publicly on the message board. In the event of a disagreement or questioning of a moderator's decision or action users should contact the moderator(s) or admin(s) via PM.”

Speaking of taking it public.... Why shame someone in public for breaking the rules? Let me guess, the rules don't apply to the mods?

If someone gets paid for painting something, isn't that considered professional? Even if it's part time?

It's a judgement call made by people who volunteer their time and effort to the forum. If you don't like the judgement calls being made, you can PM an admin or a mod. Do not make a big issue about it in the open forum.
