I like it! If you werent 5 hours away, I didn't live in a rental, and we didn't just have new siding put on, you would've sold me on your services.

I'm frequently told to have as little text as possible in an ad. And I ignore that advice everytime I hear it. You convey an absolute ton of information, which I think makes for a great ad.

I'm curious how you are going to use this. And if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, consider yourself flattered. You gave me a lot of ideas.

I plan on leaving them in estimate packets but I am also going to put them in with my intro letter and magnet.

I can't take credit for this design. It goes to a friend of mine and to the graphic designer. Like Trump says.. surround yourself with quality people and they make you look good.

I finished reading it and felt like I needed to have my home cleaned! Very nice, easy to read, VERY well put together. If I was starting out all over again I think I would come work for you for a month for free to learn your techniques! (not that I think I could learn it all in a month......)

Ken, I noticed that you do roof cleaning. Here is a pic of my roof, what are the steps to cleaning? Would appreciate any help.
Thanks, Tim
Tim, if I told you...

Just playing. Your key is going to be to find a source for 12% sodium hypochlorite (liquid pool shock). Make a dilution of 60% water/40% hypochlorite and add 6oz per gallon of TSP or sodium metasilicate. Then you have to get it up there. You can use a ShurFlo 12volt pump (something in the 3-4 gpm range). With the right nozzle you can shoot that roof from the ground. If you have to rinse with any pressure, don't go over 100 psi.

Thanks Ken, I'll post an after pic when completed.

I am definitely trying this myself, is this an easy solution to mix or is this a get it right or ruin your roof method:)
