I want to start a Painting Business. I negotiated with multiple Painting Franchise companies but unfortunately, they don't have any good territories left in Greater Toronto Area (in Canada). So eventually I have decided to start on my own. So I am searching for an experienced Painter or Painting Contractor who can provide training for a month or two in the basics of the painting industry/on-site training and prepare estimates for interior/exterior painting jobs.

Training Fees: I am ready to pay Hourly or weekly or lump sum
Location: I can travel anywhere in North America for the training.

I would just go and work for someone till you feel you can branch out on your own. Painting is super hard work, especially exteriors. This is not a profession that will be learned in a few months, but years. GL to you, but this is not YouTube, sorry!!
