I have a boat with a one-piece fiberglass bathroom. We want to change the color. The only portion that would get wet is the sinkand that gets very little use. The available tub refinishing kits seem hard to work with and expensive. Is there a primer and paint combo anyone could recommend?

Should be no problem at all.
You can get just about any color you wish from Midwest Chemicals.
You can google them for aliphatic acrylic urethane product and primer formulated for the task you describe.
