I pressure washed a house on June 20th and primed it on the 23rd. It started raining and I couldn't paint. When I did get to paint half of the house, the owner changed his mind and picked a new color. Now I have half of the house painted and the remaining just primed. I can start painting again on July 7th.

1. Will I have to pressure wash the house again? I have never been clear on this.
2. The owner wants to prime the painted portion again and says that he found something on the internet. Is he correct?

Make sure that you get a new contract before you paint anything over. do not go on the handshake and we are alright method. If they have new colors you have a new price. Be sure it is signed off on before you do anything.
