Do you have enough manpower for a project that size and can you keep them busy when that one is done.

Looking at those buildings and depending on the schedule for completion I'm reminded of what Davy Crockett is rumored to have said at the Alamo, " we're gonna need more men."

No price advice but if you goin low you will probably loose money and the only contacts you will make are the ones that know you will work for a low price. It is hard starting out but don't fall for the line of "we have lots of work and if you give us a good price we will keep you busy." They will keep you busy at a low price or find someone else.
