What is the best way and where to start to paint a 35 x 20, 700 sf living room with a 80 sf entry, that butts into the mid point of living room?
The entry meets the living room on the long side.

If it was the living room only, I would start perpendicular with the short 20 foot wall giving me the best chance of working with a wet edge. Also, turn the cooling down to 68, and add Flotrol. The house is 40 years old and the drywall sags a little between the 24 inch joists. Would you suggest a 14 inch roller? I’m not sure that I can handle an 18 inches.
Since I would be painting perpendicular to the joists, the roller should be level the the drywall.
