Just curious, anybody else try bonuses or profit-sharing with their employees? If so, how has your experience been with this? In theory at least, it seems like a win-win. It would make for happier employees that get work done faster, which saves me money I can then pay them a chunk out for as a bonus.
Also sounds like it could be a pain in the ass that's not worth it.
