I have used stuff like that before. It was a two part application. There was an undercoat and a top coat. (The wall also needed a level 5 drywall finish and a Primer coat). It looks great. I did it at the phillips petroleum museum. The stuff we used was $100 a quart. It was pricy stuff and you had to follow the specs closely. I think there was a window to put the second coat on. Like you had to let it dry 4 hrs but not more than 8 or something like that. We got the paint from our sherwin williams.
