hello everyone Im putting together a questionare that I can give to my clients at the end of each job. So they can rate various aspects of the experience then I will put copies of these in with my proposal packets for potential new customers. Anyone have any ideas of good questions?

I had a questionaire myself...I'm sure others will beat me to it, but I will pull it out when I get a chance and share.
