For about 6 or 7 months now, I have seen little red spots appear in my ProClassic Satin or Semigloss enamel use on top of 123 Bullseye oil and ProBlock Oil primers. I saw it without a top coat and with. I do a lot of cabinets in oil based primer. ProClasic Latex:censored:, and a top coat, most likely General Finishes HP, since I mostly work in existing homes with people living in them. These little spots are driving me crazy. I see maybe 1O or more on every job. I had some so bad I went back over the cabinets with Zinnsner Sealcoat. At first we thought it was a little red spot putty dust, but even when we don't use this, we see them.
