About 2 weeks ago one of the contractors I sell for mailed newsletters to his past customers. He used Retention Central for this.

Last week 2 people that had gotten estimates in 2006 called to say they were ready to move ahead. The newsletter reminded both of them about the company. A simple thing, but very effective.

Dave,

Retention Central offers several ways for you to keep in touch with your customers, from newsletters to postcards. They do the printing and mailing. All they need are the names and addresses.

I don't recall the pricing. I'd suggest contacting them for that information.

Dave:

As Brian mentioned, there are several ways you could use Retention Central to develop and maintain a customer loyalty and retention program for your business. This includes sending customized newsletters, postcards, "quick-tips" mailers, sales letters and maintenance/service reminders via the users own letter library. It also incorporates automated alerts so users can take advantage of future sales opportunities. Obviously, a core service of the feature is the customized newsletter program, but there is quite a bit more for users to benefit from, too.

Pricing is determined by the type of mailer (example: custom newsletter) and quantities. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. Currently, a large portion of the site can be utilized without any cost to the user. However, this may change as new features are added.

Please let me know if you have additional questions. Thanks.

(PS. Thanks to Nathan for allowing me to post this response.)
