I've seen it before

I'm not shooting it down right off the bat, but keep in mind it may be one of those tools that the person who invented it can use just fine...but get it in the hands of a HO and they are going bizzerk

...it would take a lot to make this a standard tool for pro's, unless they can't cut well, but then again they wouldn't be a "pro" anyway

I question just how clean are those lines? They look great on a TV or monitor screen just like most of these types of products but up close?????
I still prefer the old time proven cut in by a professional painter and questions those who use tape to do the same. Seems like another gimmick for the DIYer. My vote is:

Hmmmm. Looks good in the computer screen, and wouldn't it be a time saver? I would try one just for kicks. How about the pad painting system? It was supposed to be sooo good, but I couldn't ever get it to work well, maybe it was the operator. Where can I get one, HD, Lowes, Wal-Mart?

Happy painting, Paul.

Ordered one two or three years ago. Its a plastic toy, wouldn't hold up to rigorous duty but it worked exactly as advertised for painting around window and door frames. Its a POS for getting into corners. As was suggested it scrapes. The thing is like $30. Get one and try it out. If for nothing else so you can laugh at it and throw it away. I think its a great little invention. I'm sure this guy has made a fortune selling them.

Ken, 2 or 3 years ago? I thought it was something new. How did you get it? I didn't pay attention to the u-tube thing to notice if they gave a number to call. Inquiring minds need to know. :drink:

Happy painting, Paul.
