Hi! I'm coordinating a storm drain art paint out, and we have used only road paint in the past. Unfortunately, it looks like there's no red road paint in stock anywhere. So we are thinking in using patio paint instead. If we prime the storm drains with white road paint, can we use the patio paint on top of it for painting the designs? Or should we stick with patio paint for everything, priming and desing?
