Hey everyone,

I wanted to see if I could start some dicussion on this. I first heard it about 10 years back. It was intriguing then. I don't know the source and don't necessarily swear by it but the gist of it is:

I offer: Service, Quality and Price.

As my customer, you get to pick any two that you like.

In other words, if you would like choose service and quality; that's fine but then don't complain about my price. If you would like a good price and good service; OK, but understand that the quality may be lacking. Or let's say you're most interested in great quality at a great price; I can do that, but don't expect me to fall all over myself to do it.

You get the idea. Any thoughts? Ever heard of it? Is it applicable in your business? Is it possible to provide all 3?

Thanks.

Quality &
Service

I'd have to say this is a great thought provoking question. Hopefully sacrificing price is going to get me good quality and service, lol. Better not be late Monday!...and I better not find any splatter on my floor! Afterall, I'm paying you out the a** for this. lol

It's pretty much what the discussions on these forms are all about, isn't it?

Each of us has a bit different method of presenting it to clients.

Kinda takes the entertainment out of semantics once your down to basics.
