are signs ,of all trades nailed to telephone poles , fince posts, stuck up at every inter section around! Trades trying to keep there names in front of potential leads, and good luck to them.
I am bussy now , best Dec in two years even have work for most of Jan. I am starting to realize how tuff it is out there for most and wonder if my turn is coming up soon?
I am just going to do more of what I have done this past year to ensure I had work for the Wenter, calling up clients that had stated they were interested in more painting later in the year and press them for doing their painting they had talked about back in the Summer and offer my Wenter rates as a insentive. I always charge $50.00 per day less in the Wenter, Already picked up a complete interior.
I also started offering a residual payment for any referal jobs I get from any home owner I have done work for, that too has paid off, got a call last week from a homeowner that was reffered to me by a client from just a month ago I had offered a residual for
any lead that translated into a job for me.
That homeowner will be recieving a $100. bill from me and glad to pay it. I bet I will get more from this guy {car salesman

Just a little info on what I did and what I am doing to stay in busness, hope this post helps, also if ya didn't prepare for the slow Wenter months the best advise is to expand your adverisment, you have to keep your name in front of clients.:thumbup:
