Spray gun advice for thick mediums

I am looking for advice what spray gun equipment to buy for art projects. Budget is 100-300 usd. I create 2-3 foot large sculptures made from foam that I need to coat with a spray medium made from a mix of diluted acrylic crack filler and diluted white cement. The thickness is like a thick pancake mix.

I want as much fine control as possible and little splatter and clogging as possible. We are talking low volumes. So far I have been applying with a brush, then sand it.

Any suggestions?
