We are working on a project where 70% of the interior is knotty pine which needs to be finished in a flat white on ceiling and a deep based color on walls. We decided after an hour with a Kilz Rep to stray from Sherwin Williams and use an oil based kilz product to prime. For the most part it has worked out great, but we have one area on the back of the house which looks like an extension from the house that has started to bleed through with the yellowish tan color. Just curious why only one area of the ceiling would do this and if anyone has ran into this situation? Thanks
