My customer asked to have the garage floor painted. I recommended that we stain it. We used H&C Sealer (used to be called stain) solvent based. Etched, let dry over week end, 2 coats H&C in criss cross application. First coat dried over night & could not scratch off with a knife, second coat grabed fast! Turned out very nice. It was tinted light to medium gray, walls very pale gray with white trim. Good looking garage. H&C is some stinking *%&^# stuff!! but works well!

We use it almost daily. Its a good product line (though their epoxy line could use a little improvement).
