does anyone use stilts. seems pretty handy to cut in a standard size room, while your other guy is cuttin in the bottom and rolling. if so whats a good size to start off with?
I know a guy who uses them in his plaster company and I've seen 1 painter use them, but not too many guys out there are. I'd say 20" seems about right-but obviously it depends on the height of the ceiling and how tall you are.
Just be careful, they are akward at first and I wouldn't recomment using them on finished floors.
I used to love them for commercial jobs. I could run around the grid in half the time and still bend over to refill my work pot sitting on the ground. I have wanted to get another pair and use them when I can but had the knee cut on last year and I am a bit leary of hearing my wife wear me out with the "should of known better" speil
