Tim, I am reading "Homey" and wondering why u r on such a personal/brotha level w/ Homeguard. Then it hit me. Funny. :)

I most certainly agree w/ timhag, the Back to Nature products are outstanding and non-toxic. You can re-wet the product to 6eep it working if you need to w/ a spritzer and just scrape it off wet w/ a putty knife. I highly recommend it. The "Ready Strip Pro" should remove 7 layers I believe, and the pricing mentioned is about right. I'd ask for about $40/gln if your price is higher than that. I do not think HD or Lowes carries the "Pro".

It will be great for the homeowner as well in regards to smell, but it will definitely work for you. Good luck.
