Need some advice! In the past we have worked with a few smaller GC's doing custom and production with good success. When submitting bids we do a one page proposal with specs and scope for the homes. We get most of work from referrals.
We joined the local Homebuilders Association and now get invited to bid on larger projects for larger companies.
Here is where I need your help! What would you put in a bid packet? I have no problems pricing and executing work. Should I put in our license, WC and Insurance info? Should I put in a short "bio" of our company? References?
A one page price list or folder full of information? I have a nice folder I use when doing proposals to homeowners. This is a 12 unit apartment complex.
