There is always more to an estimate than just the painting, if you give a price to paint 6 doors, 5 windows and 1200 sq ft of gwb remember the,
SURRPTUCU and the travel time, pets , kids , other trades in your way, bushes, roof pitch, staging etc....
The pdca estimating guide will tell ya to add at least 20-25% to your bid after all the prep and painting to CYA.....
