Steve

I guess you need to clear your PM cache at CT ASAP or you're SOL. I tried to donate my points but it said I couldn't until you made some space in your mail box.

Done!

2 $20 Amazon cards.

$40 just for posting 8 years worth of (helpful) crap on the internet.

Let THAT be a lesson to my wife!
~8,000 posts ----->$40

That translates to 0.5 cents per post.

When you said you were just adding your 2 cents, you were inflating your price by 4!

No..I'm pretty sure it works out to 2 cents per post.

I had 2 people donate a total of 1000 points to me (for free)...because I'm a nice guy!

I won't mention their names though, as that might take away from the thought of how nice a guy I am.

Thanks for reminding me, although I still don't think it bumps up to two cents a post.

PS. I think they may be donating just to find out your real name, since the gift card has to go to a real person.

HA! Thanks for the points, Gough! (and RCP and driftweed)

True story:
About 10 years ago my MIL sold some property, and deposited 400K into her bank account.
Seeing the opportunity :whistling2:, I asked her to borrow 5 grand for a car.
Not only did she say no, but she told my SIL I was a "money grubber".

(Now the old bat's in a nursing home, has no idea who any of us are, or that my wife has control of all her GD money).

Anyhow..

Everyone please stop now, before I get called a "rewards points grubber"!

Good idea, Arch.
Funny, your rewards points total didn't seem to go up though.

I've got 1000 points over there. I'd swap those (or a 1000 points from here) if someone wanted to. (I'm only interested in the $20/2000 point Amazon card..and it wouldn't matter which site it comes from)
He must think this is net 30 days or sumthin :whistling2:

gee, ya don think that ole Tim would try a scam do YOU

heh.
Seriously..I'm satisfied. $40 will buy a video game for my son this Christmas.

A video game that cost me $0.

nah..he just forgot.
Not so fast. Had it not been for your time on PT and CT, you probably wouldn't have needed that new computer. Think out that.
