I am putting up a new Shed and need to put a sealer stain on the floor and would like to know what is the best sealer stain is on the market?

I live in Northwest Ohio and yes it will be in touch with the elements of the weather, this is very important to sealer.

If you could please help me out here I would be very happy.

This is going on OSB boards and Marine Plywood, the OBS is inside the shed.

Have you looked at the newest urethane products?
r
clear coat

is this marine decking already treated. because if it is does it need to be treated like a pressure treated board. I will usually give them months to "gas out" the chemicals already in them. osb i wouldnt recomend as flooring even interior of a shed but any poly should do
I wouldn't put anything that forms a film on the floor. Even on a slab you are going to vapor transmission and you would probably get peeling. Mechanical agitation from moving mowers etc would just add to the problem. This is one time I would suggest a product called Ready Seal for the interior. It penetrates deep and no matter how much you apply it will never film. It is an oil base so you'd have to deal with the smell as a downside. On the flip side just about all waterbornes are film forming.
