Why do u choose knit or woven for regular interior walls and what nap size?
You've stopped by a few times asking about naps, but still haven't introduced yourself (New Member Introductions) In addition, you don't say what kinds of paints you're in or what your main concerns are (speed/productivity, minimization of texture/stipple, ease of application, or whatever). So it's hard - nay impossible - to know where to start.

Your intro was a pseudo-sentence (saying that you're not a painter).

But whatever. If you're a general contractor mostly doing touch ups and small areas when the painters aren't available, then you need to know what naps the painters used. That is you best shot of making things work, especially for the touch ups.

so this is why I'm here asking you guys.
What do u guys use.
Sorry I guess I should have used the word touch ups I should have said repainting an entire wall
Thankyou!

Arroworthy or Linzer 9/16" microfiber for most things, 3/8" for some things, almost always microfiber for everything. Rarely Wooster Red Feather for trim, but usually use 4" Arroworthy 3/8" microfiber covers.

Used Wooster Microplush (hybrid microfiber and woven) covers a few times, in 5/16" and liked them, too.

Either way, will never go back to non-microfiber, if anything just for their lack of spatter compared to other covers.

I use Arrowwothy 9/16 microfiber. They hold a lot of paint, and they leave very little stipple. I use the 4 in version when I paint new trim or cabinets using Advance and can get a very smooth finish. Almost looks like it has been sprayed.
Also, if you do not know what was used on the walls by the last painter. It is really hard to match the texture. I always tell my customers what rollers I use in case they decide to do touch ups...and I also have to tell then to not use a brush 😅

I have used the Wooster Microplush and Microfiber but prefer the Microfiber as my "go to" in 5/16". Seemed like it help more paint than the plush. Check it out if you can.
