Pretty simple question, but it's causing some confusion. If you're an owner of a painting company who works full time in the field painting. Do you bring your own tools, or do you use your employees tools instead?

When you get a new guy, whos duty is it to provide him with tools?

Also, ask him who filled his paint bag with 1/2 the tools he has. Ask him who buys lunch every day.
HAHAHA! Dude you buying me a wire brush doesn't fill 2 tool bags & 1 tool box.

I buy me lunch everyday when I go shopping & pick up lunch meat & bread. No need for anybody to ask now.

LOL we'll never break up. Only relationships that last are the screwed up ones. No really I don't mind TimDepot aka TimMart aka Timatubby using my tools. We had a discussion about it though earlier so I felt the urge to see how others operate their tool situation is all.
