[Shocker]

Hi,

Why are certain colours only available in certain finishes/sheens?

I went to a large hardware store to purchase some flat/matte spray paint to only find certain colours available - white, gray, black, brown.

Why is this?


I was actually hoping for a lovely red/blue in a flat/matte finish.
