I'm in the same boat, these phony Google listing calls are driving me nuts. At least some of the times my phone will say scam likely, but that only weeds out about half of the calls. I have noticed alot of these scam calls come from odd area codes that aren't in my area, but even that's not always the case.

 

Ya, my iPhone will say "Potential Spam", and it's 100% always spam in that case. Not sure why they can't just filter those out to begin with. They've already identified the callers as spam.

 

Most of the new phones are well equipped with security features. However these spammers are getting good at proving a local area code for an international call. AI has upped it's game. I hardly answer the phone anymore. Thankfully most people just email or text me for communication..

That may be key as a long term strategy. Make an email address more prominent in marketing materials than a phone number. And always include "TEXT or call 1-(234)567-8910" in marketing materials, business cards etc.

 

We get much the same. I suspect that they are getting our phone number off of an online directory or your website. The only solution that I have seen that seems like it would work is to pay for one of those phone services that requires the caller to "press 1 to be connected with our estimator" or something like that.
