I noticed that as part of the test process u need a certification of experience form filled out by someone u worked for or with. What if the guy u worked for is a jerk and wont fill it out and u dont have contact with anyone u worked with in the company. Does all your hard work and experience rely one person to fill out this form ? Is there another way to prove that u have the experience in your trade such as W2's to prove u worked there for the time required ?

I'm not sure what you are asking about. Is this for a contractor lic?
If it is, I know in the state of cali it doesn't have to be a employer or a co worker. It can be someone you have done work for such as a superintendent, project manager ect. I also know in the state of Cali there are ways to get it without it by provideing other prof.

You need to look at your state's Department of License application. In Utah, you have to have proof of experience, can be a W2, not 1099. Can also be a form signed by previous employer who is licensed.
