Stripping all paint from exterior shiplap siding

Hi- I am bidding a job that requires all paint to be stripped from shiplap siding on a house (6000 sq ft wall space).. No chemicals can be used... What is the best method to use... Soda blasting and orbital sanding are the only thoughts I have ... Any suggestions ?
