Valspar Exterior Solid Stain - Deck

We not not normally do decks. We have a customer who purchased a house that had Valspar Exterior solid stain applied in 2019. The stain on the horizontal surfaces is not good. What product can I use to recoat without sanding or stripping the entire deck? Thanks
